Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role, the description is shown below: Responsibilities: Co ordination/follow up of various CCO deliverable like RCA, Incident management and Management Information and reporting Standardizing the Operating instructions with support from all CCO team members. Build productive working relationships with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds and operate effectively within a globally dispersed team operating in different time zones. Supporting other CCO deliverable depending on the needs of the business/function Skills & Qualifications: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) Knowledge of large scale business processes (within banking or other industries) What additional skills will be good to have Working knowledge of automation tools such as MS sharepoint, MS access, MS visio, VBA, SQLs, Macros, python, workflow solutions and visualization tools.
