We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our International Voice Process in a leading BPO company.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Upsell products/services as required.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

Ability to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
