Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international customers to promote and sell postpaid mobile number plans.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales through internal CRM systems.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided during training.

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Handle rejections and objections professionally.

Work closely with the team to improve campaign performance.
