Job Description
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining professional communication to ensure timely collection of dues. You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve any disputes that may arise. It will be your goal to achieve both individual and team collection targets while strictly adhering to compliance and process guidelines throughout the calling process. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed shift schedule from Monday to Friday, including night shifts in the US time zone. The work location is in person.
