Job Description

You will be responsible for handling an International Voice & Semi-Voice Process located in Mumbai. This is a full-time and permanent position, open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role. The salary offered ranges from 15,000 to 22,000 per month with fixed incentives of 20,000. You will be working from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Cab facilities will be provided for both pickup and drop services. As part of the benefits package, you will receive commuter assistance, provided food, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes evening, fixed, and night shifts during Monday to Friday, with additional shifts possible. You may also be eligible for performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, shift allowances, and yearly bonuses. To be considered for this position, you should be an immediate joiner. The educational requirement is a Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and having 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
