Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused International Travel Support Associate to assist travelers with their hotel booking needs. The ideal candidate will provide real-time support, resolve booking-related issues, and ensure a smooth accommodation experience for our clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for travel and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Assist international travelers with hotel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special accommodation requests. Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and accommodation providers to ensure seamless guest experiences. Stay updated on international hotel policies, travel advisories, and booking platform trends. Offer recommendations on hotel locations, amenities, and nearby attractions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall booking support process.
