Job Description: As an International Telecaller (Night Shift) specializing in the "Give Every Month" (GEM) donation subscription, you will be responsible for: Location- Andheri East Marol Naka Night Shift- 9 PM to 6 AM Outbound Sales Calls: Initiating outbound calls to international prospects to promote and sell the GEM subscription. Campaign Advocacy: Educating potential donors about the impact of recurring donations on healthcare access and patient support. Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with prospects, understanding their philanthropic interests, and customizing pitches to align with their preferences. Target Achievement: Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. Key Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or fundraising roles, preferably in an international context. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate the mission and impact of recurring donations effectively. Empathy: Demonstrated empathy and understanding of donor motivations and concerns related to charitable giving. Goal-oriented: Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a track record of meeting deadlines and goals. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure donor satisfaction and retention.,
