Job Description

As a Deputy Manager/Manager - Sales (International Business), you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the assigned countries. Your primary duties will include selling the entire product range to existing and potential customers, generating orders, developing and implementing business expansion plans, and providing assistance to both new and current clients. In order to increase business, you will be required to execute various marketing activities such as newspaper ads, yellow pages ads, dealer/bill boards, participation in exhibitions, and organizing sub-dealer/mechanic meets. Additionally, planning and conducting visits to assigned countries will be a crucial aspect of your role, including visits to dealers, sub-dealers, mechanics, competitors, and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and exhibit fluency in Spanish and French languages. Proficiency in sales processes, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with SAP S4 HANA/ERP are also essential requirements for this position. You must hold a full-time MBA in International Business or Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution, with proficiency in Spanish and German languages being mandatory. A technical background or a degree in BE/B Tech is preferred, and a willingness to work for 6 days a week is expected. The compensation for this role ranges from 7 Lakhs to 9 Lakhs per annum, providing a competitive salary package for the qualified candidate.,
