Role Overview : The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market penetration for DGAs innovative VR training solutions in US. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. - Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities and partnerships. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within dental practices and educational institutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic growth. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement. - Lead the Sales conversations, establish the initial pool of clientele, nurture and mature the clients. - Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. - Set up 1st line of Sales/Service Automation with the help of Sales AI agents and Chatbots. Qualifications : - Preferred Masters degree in Business, Sales / Marketing. - Minimum of 5+ years experience in sales, with a preference for experience in educational technology or the dental sector. - Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.,
