Meeting customer expectations and fulfilling all assigned duties will be crucial aspects of your role. Your ability to answer service-related questions and provide prompt solutions to customer queries will be essential. It is important to maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all calls and ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the day. The shift timings for this position are rotational, with morning, afternoon, and night shifts available. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers and interns. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred for this role. The work location for this position is in person.,
