Job Description: International BPO - Blended Process Position: Customer Service Representative Process Type: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice) Salary: Up to 25,000 per month (including performance-based bonus) Shift Timing: Night Shift Working Days: 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off) Performance Bonus: 2,000 to 3,000 per month Experience: Freshers Welcome (HSC and Graduates both eligible) Location: Mira Bhayandar, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls (Voice process) and email/chat support (Non-voice process). Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and providing product/service information. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns. Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Escalate issues to the supervisor/manager as necessary. Requirements: Education: HSC (12th) / Graduate (Any field). Experience: Freshers and candidates with BPO experience are welcome to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
