Job Description
Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with internal audit standards. Assess internal controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend risk mitigation strategies. Evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Prepare detailed audit reports that summarize findings, risks, and recommendations. Work with management to develop and implement corrective action plans. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor managements response and implementation of corrective actions. Analyze data and financial records to detect irregularities, fraud, or inefficiencies. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with external auditors and support their audit processes as required.
