The ideal candidate will evaluate business processes, ensure compliance, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Comprehensive Audits Perform regular internal audits across key departments: Production Quality Purchase Accounts & Finance Sales & Marketing Design & R&D Evaluate and Improve Processes Review and assess business operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction or performance improvement. Ensure Policy and Regulatory Compliance Monitor adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Review Financial and Inventory Controls Examine cost control systems, procurement methods, and inventory management practices. Assess IT & Cybersecurity Risks Work closely with the IT team to identify risks related to cybersecurity and evaluate the effectiveness of data protection measures. Support Implementation of Internal Controls Recommend and assist in deploying strong internal control mechanisms. Reporting and Communication Prepare clear, concise, and insightful audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for corrective actions. Follow-Up on Audit Findings Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure that agreed-upon corrective actions are effectively implemented.
