Roles and responsibilities: 1. Conduct comprehensive data audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. 2. Identify and document discrepancies in the data. 3. Perform daily data checks and cleaning to maintain data quality. 4. Prepare detailed audit reports and suggest corrective actions for improvement. 5. Participate in data collection and surveys using various methods and tools. 6. Contribute to developing and implementing data quality improvement plans. 7. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive data. Profile Requisites : Educational Background: Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or Power BI is a plus Basic understanding of data management principles and data governance Soft Skills: Effective critical thinking and time management skills Written and verbal communication abilities Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines efficiently Work Style: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable collaborating in team environments Experience: Prior coursework or experience in data auditing, data analysis, or database management is beneficial but not mandatory.
