Job Description
Roles & Responsbilities Category Management: Category Strategy Development of the identified materials (Raw materials), which includes detailed market analysis and supplier analysis. Supplier Market Analysis/ Supplier Risk Analysis of the identified critical materials using Porters Five Forces Model, PESTEL or similar model. Category Strategy development of the identified critical materials using Kraljic Matrix and Purchasing Portfolio matrix. Specification signoff of identified materials (Raw materials) Accessories effective coordination & support to Category Manager for driving projects related to Bangalore Accessories Re-Packing of fillers PowerBI Dashboard: Category Management Indirect Purchase Performance Aggregators Other Purchase related KPIs Indirect Purchase: Aggregator Project Support to Indirect Purchase team for establishing Aggregator model for MRO, Consumables & Admin items Vendor Basket creation of vendor basket for all Indirect Purchase items across all four plants Digital tool utilization tracking on effective utilization among team members Digital project: MDM Project Support - Supporting the Project manager for necessary action points, as defined.
