Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern - Instructional Designer located in Chennai. The Intern - Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing curricula, managing learning resources, and enhancing training and development programs. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with team members, creating engaging learning content, and using various instructional design methodologies to improve the educational experiences of our clients. Qualifications Experience in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design Skills in Training & Development and Learning Management Proficiency in Curriculum Development Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of eLearning tools and platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is beneficial,
