Endoenergy Systems Private Limited is an Indo-UK Robotics Engineering Collaboration based on fundamental R&D carried out by the founder Professor Virk in Europe for addressing the needs of the ageing society. The core business is the design, development, and commercialization of wearable assistive exoskeletons to support healthy ageing applications. The companys vision is to bring a range of simple/effective/affordable wearable exoskeleton products to the international market able to support human motions for daily living as consumer products. We are seeking a dedicated Intern to carry out market research in the healthcare sector focussed on healthy aging applications. The internship will allow individuals to develop essential practical skills in communication, teamwork, problem solving and empathy with real people. Role responsibilities include: Community and Stakeholder Management by identifying key organisations to contact Organize events/ sessions/ workshops for communities with elderly groups, NGOs and other stakeholders to build awareness in the community. Assist with planning and execution of market research projects including surveys/ analysis. Carry out end user engagement activities to collect data from elderly persons as part of a team Analyzing collected data to identify requirements for formulating business goal Preparing concise and informative reports summarizing research findings with recommendations. Conduct follow-up or home visits to ensure satisfaction and real requirements of end-users. Person specification: Completed or pursuing final year Bachelors/ or Masters in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline Strong interpersonal and counseling skills Planning and event management skills Networking skills Ability to manage time and work closely In-depth knowledge of MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel). Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English speaking is must along with writing skills. Supportive work environment with professional development opportunities.
