The role involves supporting the compliance team in adhering to statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and other labor laws. You will be assisting in preparing and filing necessary compliance reports, ensuring accuracy in audit documentation. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to manage large datasets are essential. Additionally, you should be capable of working confidentially with sensitive employee data. As a quick learner with a passion for HR and compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance within the organization. Ideal candidates for this position are those pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
