Role Overview: As a Facebook Ads Intern, you will assist in creating and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns for e-commerce brands. Youll work closely with the team to develop strategies, manage budgets, and monitor campaign performance. Your role will involve analyzing data, optimizing campaigns for better ROI, and helping prepare reports for clients. Staying updated on industry trends and Facebook Ads best practices will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Create, optimize, and scale Facebook ad campaigns for e-commerce brands. Assist in developing strategies that align with brand goals. Help identify target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and locations. Support budget management to maximize ROI and minimize costs. Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics like impressions, CTR, conversion rates, and CPA. Optimize campaigns by analyzing data and adjusting targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies. Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance and insights. Regularly attend client calls to share campaign updates, understand their requirements. Stay updated on Facebook Ads policies, industry trends, and new technologies. Key Skills & Qualifications: Advertising Knowledge: A solid understanding of advertising fundamentals, including target audience identification, crafting effective messages, setting campaign objectives, and creating clear calls-to-action. Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze campaign data and metrics, identify trends, and make optimizations to improve performance. Creativity: A creative approach to designing impactful ads and writing copy that captures attention and resonates with the target audience. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including ad targeting, bidding strategies, and selecting the right ad formats to achieve campaign goals. Attention to Detail: Careful attention to ad placement, targeting, and budget allocation to optimize performance and prevent costly mistakes.
