We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interior Site Supervisor who can manage interior work execution and also explore new site opportunities to grow our business.

As its a new company candidate should be flexible.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day work at the site: carpentry, modular fitting, electrical, plumbing, POP, paint, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors, workers, and contractors for timely execution.
• Ensure materials reach the site and are used properly.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and work quality.
• Report daily site progress through WhatsApp/Excel to management.

New Site Identification & Lead Generation

• Visit under-construction homes, flats, and buildings to generate leads.
• Build relationships with builders, flat owners, contractors, and architects.
• Identify and report potential client projects or renovation sites.
• Distribute company brochures and build local brand awareness.
