Interior Site Supervisor Paramount Constructions

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Incharge (Interior Projects) to oversee and manage all on-site activities for our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution of interior works as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:
• Oversee daily execution of interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
• Ensure implementation as per approved design, drawings, and BOQs
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams
• Ensure availability of materials and tools as required on-site
• Project Monitoring & Reporting:
• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports
• Update management on project milestones and delays, if any
• Monitor and control wastage of materials and ensure site discipline
• Quality & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure work quality meets prescribed standards
• Enforce site safety measures and guidelines
• Client & Consultant Coordination:
• Attend site meetings with clients/consultants
• Assist in solving on-site technical issues and design clarifications
• Handover:
• Prepare snag lists and ensure completion of rectifications
• Assist in final inspection and project handover
