Job Description

You will be working with the interior design team to develop innovative design solutions. Researching concepts and materials to support the team on technical issues influencing concept development will be a key part of your role. You will work within timely schedules to coordinate tasks through to final project completion. Additionally, you will prepare drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other design-related documents as required by the team. Understanding and formulating design decisions and presenting them for discussion will be one of your responsibilities. You will also manage junior & intermediate designers on the team, conduct on-site observations, and provide recommendations to streamline ongoing design projects. Client presentations will be part of your tasks, where you will select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes within budget constraints. After project completion, you will inspect the designs to ensure client goals have been achieved. Ideal candidates for this position are confident and passionate about interior designing, proficient in Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software, possess strong leadership, management & mentoring skills, have knowledge of costing and preparing project commercials, and exhibit strong interaction, communication, sketching & presentation skills. The candidate should be smart, energetic, responsible, fluent in English, presentable, possess management skills, and have a clear employment background. The preferred qualifications for this role include a Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing. The job is based in Viman Nagar, Pune, and requires skills in 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Google Sketchup. This is a fresher position with job types including Fresher and Internship, with a contract length of 6 months. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person.,
