As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing strong connections with both current and prospective clients. Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment and supervision of a team of insurance agents specializing in motor insurance. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include managing client relationships by providing exceptional service, identifying and fulfilling client needs, and exploring opportunities for product and service enhancements. You will also be tasked with recruiting new insurance agents, offering continuous training and support to enhance their capabilities, and evaluating their performance to ensure they meet set objectives. As a Relationship Manager, you will actively contribute to the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your role will involve negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports to track sales performance, client satisfaction, and agent productivity. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and possess a proven track record in sales and relationship management, with a preference for experience in the insurance sector. A comprehensive understanding of the motor insurance industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
