Job Summary:We are hiring Insurance Managers to join our growing team in Mayiladuthurai. As part of SBI Life Insurance, you will play a key role in recruiting and developing a team of financial advisors, providing them training, and driving insurance sales through leadership and motivation.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and develop a team of life insurance advisors/distributors
• Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch sales targets
• Promote and sell life insurance and other financial products (mutual funds, health/motor insurance, credit cards)
• Monitor and support advisor performance through regular field visits and review meetings
• Provide guidance on compliance, KYC, and product knowledge
• Participate in marketing and customer engagement activities
