Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Insurance Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our insurance products, and drive sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate will have strong telecalling skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.
- Explain various insurance plans (life, health, motor, etc.) clearly and effectively.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right insurance product.
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships for future business.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of telecalling/sales experience (insurance experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
