You will be responsible for verifying insurance details of patients before admission, surgery, or outpatient procedures. This includes obtaining pre-authorizations or approvals from insurance providers when necessary. Additionally, you will be preparing and submitting accurate and timely insurance claims as per the providers" format and requirements. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of insurance approvals, claims status, and patient insurance details. Ensuring compliance with all insurance guidelines, policies, and documentation standards is also a key part of this role. Moreover, you will serve as a liaison between patients, hospital departments, and insurance companies. This is a full-time position located in Egmore, Chennai with a fixed day shift.
