RESPONSIBILITY (WITH DELIVERABLES) Plan & supervise execution of routine & non-routine like Project, shutdown, preventive & breakdown to ensure performance of Instruments & systems throughout their rated life. Understanding & documentation for ISO-9001/14001. Responsible to install only tested equipment & devices at field independent work exposure with Delta V Emerson DCS and Know integration between PLC/DCS & SCADA and troubleshooting. Responsible to execute all jobs as per plans, standards & No deviations during Execution. Responsible for timely execution of all instrumentation jobs for Breakdown/MOC/projects as per standard guidelines. Allocate jobs with planning to team of instrument Supervisor and Technicians. Resource management/Material management to team Responsible & accountable for the quality job at shop floor by company employee or contractor. Responsible for Inventory Spares Management of Instruments. Responsible organize visits as per AMC /ARC or Based on requirement. Identify and ensure the implementation training programs for the development of Instrumentation team. Development of vendors for various services Utilization of budget as per approval and preparation of Capex/Opex for new year Procurement - Review and follow up with Purchase Department for the procurement of material against Breakdown/MOC/projects as per specs. Identify and ensure the implementation training programs for the development of Instrumentation team. Follow Safety Instructions. To Ensure Safety Talk Safety committee meeting near miss reporting, incident reporting and investigation should be performed and review on regular basis. To ensure 5S at workplace as well as in daily routine. To Perform all PM/CM/CP activities and Why analysis to find out the root cause of failure as well as to implement proper corrective action Submission of planning and reports for all measurable inputs. Check measurement sheets, bills & executes service entries into SAP. Perform required environmental compliance testing and documentation. Maintain to Zero incidence / accident. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Completion of Breakdown/MOC/Project jobs as per given plan and requirement. To deploy manpower for the closure of all the risk assessment points related to instruments function for designated area. Review identified risk due to maintenance procedural or change in existing maintenance practice. Ensure allocated team to divisions as per operations and maintenance work. Ensure & releases team members for periodically trainings and participating into organised emergency handling session. Implementation of maintenance plan (preventive maintenance, Calibration schedule and condition Monitoring) for all Instruments & systems of designated area. To execute cost-effective maintenance through implementation of advanced maintenance programs. To test & execute the interlock & safety systems as per timelines. Ensure maximum plant uptime by reducing breakdowns and reducing breakdown repair time. Accountable to maintain common consumable spares. Prepare, maintain and Responsible for gate entries of materials for repairs or sending outside (Returnable & Non-Returnable) Give technical clearance for the quotations. Ensure for housekeeping standards are maintained & met pertaining to field instrumentation, systems room to ensure world class plant conditions. Data - Preparation of data for annual budget related to revenue and CAPEX jobs for Instrumentation. Revenue - To support HOD for Preparation of CAPEX & Revenue Budgets and NFAs for non-budgeted jobs by collecting relevant data. Preparation of reports periodically on the execution of planned CAPEX & revenue jobs with respect to approved cost & time. Statutory - Complying all kind of legal & statutory requirements related EHS for Instrumentation department. To Ensure Leaves/Shifts schedules of team in proper manner. To Take plant inspections round with assigned person. To Ensure all documented records are well maintained as per physical condition. To ensure 5S at workplace as well as in daily routine.
