Job Summary: The Technician is the skilled professional responsible for the correct and safe installation of smart meters. They are the face of the company in the field and are accountable for the quality of the work performed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the physical installation of smart meters as per the detailed MI SOP.
• Adhere strictly to all on-site safety protocols, including voltage testing.
• Accurately capture all required data and photos using the company's mobile application.
• Coordinate with the DISCOM lineman for shutdowns and power restoration.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during the installation process.
• Ensure the work site is left clean and secure.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics trade.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as an electrician or field technician is preferred. Freshers with strong fundamentals will be considered.
• Skills:
• Good practical knowledge of electrical wiring and safety.
• Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications comfortably.
• Must be physically fit and possess a valid two-wheeler license.
