Job Description
We are looking for a technically sound, people-friendly Installation & Training Engineer to join our growing 3D printing team. You will be responsible for installing advanced 3D printers (FDM, SLA, SLS) at client sites and training end-users to operate them confidently. Key Responsibilities Install and calibrate 3D printers. Deliver hands-on and remote training to end-users and client teams. Create simple user guides, SOPs, and training materials. Handle basic troubleshooting and support calls post-installation. Coordinate with the support team for escalations and spare parts. Travel to client sites across Northeast India as required.
