The Opportunity We are seeking a Lead Sales professional to drive sales strategy and expand our presence in Chennai. If you have strong experience in SaaS sales, leadership skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth, this role is for you! What Youll Do Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new merchant clients. Identify, engage, and sell Applovas SaaS-based solutions to merchants in your assigned territory. Lead, mentor, and support a growing sales team to achieve targets. Meet and exceed KPIs for sales volume and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business. Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. What Were Looking For Proven Experience in SaaS Sales Minimum 6-8 years in B2B sales, preferably in tech, Leadership Skills Experience managing or mentoring a sales team. Sales Acumen Ability to drive deals from prospecting to closure. Excellent Communication Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strategic Thinking Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven Ability to work independently and exceed goals.
