Job Title: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: HSR Layout , Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a voice process .
- Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to sales conversion.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Experience B2C Sales.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- 6months - 4years of inside sales experience.
