Job Description
As an Inside Sales Manager for the US region at Sprintzeal, you will be responsible for driving B2C sales in the EdTech sector specifically targeting the US and UK markets. With a minimum of 2 years of B2C sales experience, your strong communication skills will play a key role in your success in this role. Your primary task will be to acquire new customers and oversee the end-to-end sales process for our Online Certification Programs. This will involve conducting on-call sales, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the successful closure of leads. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain detailed reports, track sales metrics, and continuously work towards enhancing lead generation efforts. The role also involves managing a night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $45,000 (fixed) with incentives of up to $50,000. The position is based in the Sprintzeal office, providing you with a dynamic and collaborative work environment to thrive in.
