What you will do Learn & perform in a 360 degree sales role - you will learn how to pitch , demo , convert and handle customer relationship over the entire sales cycle Become an expert in Flurn programs and act as a consultative sales person, understanding customer needs and suggest Flurn programs that map to them. Convert interested customers via an omni-channel B2C Sales approach Learn & use sales management tools - Sales CRM, BI Dashboard & Google sheets in a data driven and effective manner. Requirement Genuine Passion to learn & grown in a sales role. High energy, never-say-die attitude and willingness to learn rapidly. Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business is required. MBA will be a plus. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Fluency in English and Kannada and/or Hindi is required,
