Job Description

As an Inside Sales professional in the Logistic industry, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads through various channels such as research, cold calls, and follow-ups. You will play a key role in converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunities by providing customers with quotes and information about logistics services. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business. Collaboration will be a crucial aspect of your role as you will closely work with the sales and operations teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique requirements of customers. Keeping track of sales activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring timely follow-ups will be essential to your success in this position. Your ability to address client inquiries, provide solutions, and support throughout the sales process will contribute to the smooth execution of logistics services. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry. Strong communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, and a basic understanding of logistics services such as shipping, freight forwarding, and supply chain will be advantageous. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is required, along with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in Andheri, Mumbai, with a salary range of 25,000-32,000 INR. The benefits include incentives, PF, and Gratuity, with working days from Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off, rest half day).
