Need a inside sales executive from sanitary ,tiles and marble industry.


We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle walk-in clients, inbound inquiries, and showroom sales for sanitaryware, tiles, and marble products. The role involves understanding client requirements, offering suitable product solutions, and closing sales effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom or store.
  • Explain product features, materials, colors, sizes, pricing, and warranties.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, design preferences, and budget.
  • Share catalogs, samples, and design inspirations with customers.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on leads or inquiries via phone/email.
  • Maintain relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams for order processing and delivery updates.
  • Maintain showroom displays, cleanliness, and product arrangements.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
  • Update CRM software and maintain accurate sales records.
