Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Identifying and researching potential customers, generating leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.), and qualifying leads based on their needs, budget, and interest. 
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Presenting products or services to potential clients, explaining features and benefits, and demonstrating their value through online presentations or product demos. 
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Working with customers to negotiate pricing and terms, addressing concerns, and closing sales deals. 
  • Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. 
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, updating customer information in CRM systems, and providing regular reports on sales activities and results. 
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborating with other sales team members, marketing, and customer service teams to improve lead quality, sales strategies, and overall sales performance. 
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers. 
  • CRM Management:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system. 
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, deal size, and sales revenue, and providing regular reports to management.

  • Responding to Inquiries:
  • Handling inbound sales inquiries and providing prompt and informative responses to potential customers. 
  • Following Up:
  • Following up with leads and customers to nurture relationships, address concerns, and move them through the sales funnel. 
  • Providing Feedback:
  • Gathering feedback from customers and providing it to relevant teams for product development and improvement. 
  • Staying Informed:
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and customer service.
