• ? Job Responsibilities:Handle daily data entry, invoice preparation, and documentation work
• Maintain inventory records and update stock reports regularly
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order processing
• Assist in vendor and client communication via email or phone
• Maintain records of purchase orders, quotations, and challans
• Help with online portals like GEM, e-tendering, vendor registration, etc.
• Organize and file all important company documents systematically
• Track pending orders and update delivery status
• Support account department in billing follow-ups and payment records
• ?? Required Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good written and verbal communication (English and Hindi)
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Knowledge of inventory and stock management is a plus
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
