You will be working as an Inside Sales Representative at Hanna Instruments, a manufacturer of scientific instruments used in various industries such as Laboratory, water treatment, Education, Research, Food/Beverages, Agriculture, and more. With over 3000 products including PH meter, Conductivity meter, titrator, turbidity meter, and process instruments, our products are produced in facilities in the USA, Romania, and Mauritius. Our global headquarters is in Rhode Island, USA, and the Indian Head Office is located in Navi Mumbai. Hanna Instruments has a strong Sales/Service network throughout India. As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include providing technical sales and customer support for scientific instruments like Ph meter, EC meter, Titrators, etc. This involves communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and working with CRM to update daily activities. You will need to understand customers" needs, identify sales opportunities, answer customers" questions, send additional information via email, and keep up with product and service information and updates. Additionally, you will create and maintain a database of current and potential customers, explain and demonstrate product and service features, stay informed about competing products and services, upsell products and services, research and qualify new leads, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
