This role will primarily focus on research, lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and sales in the award, conference, and event industry. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals. Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate sales conversations. Understand clients" needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results to the management team. Requirements: Undergraduates and Graduates Proven experience in sales, customer support, or customer care, preferably in an international setting.
