Job Description

The position you are applying for will involve reporting to the SVP WW Field Operations in Foster City, CA. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, lead generation, setting appointments, tracking and managing current and potential customers using management software, successful demand generation follow-up, meeting or exceeding monthly demand generation quota, providing reports on lead activity, lead forecasts, and other client objective measurements. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other job-related duties as required. To be considered for this role, you should have 3-5 years of inside related or direct sales experience in enterprise software sales. Knowledge of enterprise solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.com would be ideal. Strong oral and written communication skills, a solid work ethic, independent working and decision-making skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with CRM business systems, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to demonstrate the sales process are essential qualifications. A formal training or education background with a Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.
