Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead Generation & Market Expansion Identify, qualify, and generate new leads via outbound calls, market research, referrals, and digital platforms aligned with D'Arts GTM strategy. Explore and target industries where D'Art has strong credentials and prior execution expertise. Develop tailored outreach strategies and call scripts to engage decision-makers effectively. 2. Demand Generation Initiatives Design and execute outbound campaigns to create awareness and generate interest in retail branding solutions. Collaborate with marketing to develop lead nurturing programs and enhance D'Arts visibility in target industries. 3. Sales Pipeline Development Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring a minimum 4X coverage of the monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Accurately track leads, call outcomes, sales stages, and deal progress in Salesforce CRM. 4. BANT-Based Lead Qualification & Opportunity Handoff Conduct structured lead qualification using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to assess lead quality. Prioritize and hand over qualified leads to the Business Conversion team for proposal and closure. Maintain active follow-ups and share capability presentations or case studies where needed. 5. Deal Management & Strategic Focus Evaluate deal size and revenue potential before pipeline addition. Categorize and prioritize leads within Salesforce for efficient pipeline management. Support initial prospect discussions and relationship building to improve conversion rates. 6. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and report on lead generation volumes, qualification rates, pipeline coverage, and conversions. Analyze outreach data and continuously optimize demand generation strategies for better results.,
