Position- Inside Sales Coordinator Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan (On-site) Experience: 6 months to 3 years Salary: As per knowledge and experience Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Work Mode: Work from Office Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities related to IT infrastructure products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs and offer suitable products and services. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups. Generate and qualify leads to drive sales growth. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for clients. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in CRM. Assist in negotiating pricing and closing sales deals. Keep up-to-date with IT infrastructure products, market trends, and competitor activities. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions. Experience in handling B2B sales or corporate clients is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of IT hardware, networking solutions, cloud services, and related IT infrastructure products. Prior experience in sales coordination and lead generation.
