You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their business needs and position our Oracles solutions effectively. This role requires a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online channels. Sales Execution: Drive sales cycles from initial contact to closure, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas. Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend Oracles ERP and Infra solutions that best address their business challenges. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Collaboration: Work with our field sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop account strategies and drive pipeline growth. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Oracles product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in ourCRM system. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or cloud solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand complex IT solutions and explain them in business terms. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
