As an Inside Channel Account Manager (iCAM) in Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for managing 15-20 active channel partners in the Antivirus & Cyber Security space. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, meeting aggressive targets through effective partner collaboration, and ensuring regular partner visits, training, and engagement programs. You will play a crucial role in reporting daily performance metrics to align with business objectives and collaborate seamlessly with internal sales, marketing, and tech teams. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 5 years of experience in channel sales, particularly in Antivirus/Cybersecurity. Your proficiency in push product sales models along with a strong sales mindset will be essential. Additionally, your well-established connections in the IT hardware space, coupled with your enthusiasm for achieving targets, nurturing relationships, and delivering exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills will set you up for success.
