Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Technician, located in Panaji. The IT Technician will be responsible for daily troubleshooting, providing technical support, maintaining and configuring IT systems, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for conducting training sessions for staff to ensure proper use of IT resources and providing ongoing support to resolve any IT-related issues. Qualifications Skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Proficiency in Information Technology operations and systems Strong Customer Service skills Experience in Training staff and users Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in IT support or related roles Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Only candidates from Goa will be considered,
