Job Description

You will be responsible for managing Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships for a personal care D2C brand (women's wellness) in Bengaluru. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Developing and implementing the Influencer Marketing Strategy, including sourcing, assessing, and establishing authentic relationships with creators who resonate with the brand's voice and values. - Leading all influencer campaigns across various platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, from conceptualization to reporting. - Negotiating effectively to optimize spends while ensuring high-quality outcomes. - Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like hook rate, hold rate, engagement, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions to measure campaign success. - Using insights to continuously enhance campaign formats, briefs, and performance strategies. In addition to the above, you will also be expected to: - Maintain a detailed creator CRM system with comprehensive data, pipelines, and relationship notes. - Streamline creator briefs, contracts, and content approval processes. - Collaborate closely with brand, performance, and content teams to align influencer strategy with broader marketing objectives. - Stay updated on platform trends and formats, and apply them through practical experimentation. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships. - Profound knowledge of digital-first platforms and creator trends on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data into actionable insights. - Ability to create a predictable outcome for creators to invest in. - Budget-conscious with a focus on ROI optimization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional organizational skills with a strong aptitude for project management and alignment. Having prior experience working with creators, micro-influencers, or building advocacy/ambassador communities will be considered a bonus.,
