The responsibilities of this role include providing health coaching and motivation to individuals and families with specific health conditions to improve health outcomes. You will be responsible for creating personalized care plans for individuals and conducting follow-ups via phone calls. There may be a requirement to travel to customers" locations to provide services at their home or office. Additionally, you will be expected to offer culturally appropriate health education on topics such as chronic disease prevention, physical activity, and nutrition. The ideal candidate for this position should have a graduate training in Nursing or relevant courses. Previous experience of 1-2 years in any health industry is preferred. Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English are essential, along with basic computer skills. A high level of motivation and the ability to work collaboratively in teams are also key requirements. This is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the preferred work location is in person.
