- Supervise and train commis and junior staff
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI norms
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service and timely dispatch
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation of ingredients
- Assist in menu planning, food trials, and tastings
