Unified CX Solutions is looking for experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives to handle Inbound calls from existing Canadian customers. Full-Time positions available Shifts available between 5:30pm-8:30am IST Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English Required Great, secure, premier office located in Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai with lots of perks gym, lounge, game room, onsite parking + much more Mentoring and guidance from Seasoned Management Team Requirements The ideal candidate must enjoy a teamwork oriented environment, open to collaborating with others, motivated in helping their peers and customers and is customer driven.
