Job Description
Qualifications: Graduate in any stream; certification in customer service is a plus. Prior experience in call center/customer support roles preferred. Must Have: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask across platforms. Proficiency in CRM and ticketing tools. Good to Have: Experience in eCommerce, appliance, or D2C brand support handling. Familiarity with platforms like Ozonetel, Zoho Desk, or Intercom. Roles & Responsibilities: Attend and resolve inbound customer queries via calls, chats, and emails. Provide first-contact resolution or escalate complex issues appropriately. Ensure SLA adherence for response and resolution timelines. Document every interaction with complete details on CRM. Coordinate with product/service teams to drive closure on complaints and feedback. Must Known Languages: English, Hindi (mandatory) At least one South Indian or regional language is a plus (e.g., Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi),
